At PLESEA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email info@plesea.shop with a clear statement of your decision. Please include your order number to help us identify your purchase.

You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory.

Your withdrawal is valid if you send your notice before the 14-day period expires. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Returning Your Items

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the items back within 14 calendar days, unless we have agreed to collect them.

Because our products may be fulfilled from different locations, please contact info@plesea.shop for the correct return destination and shipping instructions for your order.

Do not automatically return your order to the sender address printed on the original shipping label, as it may not be the correct returns facility.

For returns based on a change of mind or an incorrect size selection, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we have agreed to cover it.

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been resolved.

You may inspect and try on items as reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@plesea.shop as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photographs.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

You will not be required to pay return shipping costs for a remedy where the law requires us to cover those costs.

4. Personalized Products and Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including goods made to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized.

Standard PLESEA designs are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because they are printed or produced after an order is placed.

Any applicable exceptions will be communicated before purchase.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

5. Refunds

Where you exercise a valid statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the affected purchase, including the original standard delivery charge where required by law.

Additional delivery charges resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method than our least expensive standard option are not refundable where permitted by law.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund processing fee.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us at info@plesea.shop.

Exchanges depend on product availability and the circumstances of your request. We may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@plesea.shop.

Because many of our products are produced on demand, we may not be able to stop production or shipment once fulfillment has started.

Any inability to cancel an order before dispatch does not remove a statutory right of withdrawal that applies to the purchase.
